Studio Etiquette

New clients will be asked to complete a client consultation form. 

• If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Return clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please provide any additional information that may have changed since your last treatment.

Out of respect for my clients’ time and to maintain a punctual schedule, arriving late may result in a shortened treatment, depending on the day's booking's.

Your experience is very important to me — feeling completely comfortable is key. I look forward to understanding your comfort levels and addressing any concerns, whether related to temperature, technique, or products. Your treatment is designed to be both therapeutic and relaxing.

Providing a sanitized, clean environment for my clients is my TOP priority. If you have any questions during your spa visit, don’t hesitate to ask your technician—your health and well-being matter.

If you have anything medical concerns or are under going radiation or chemotherapy treatment please consult with your doctor before visiting any spa.
